Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Exchange is only eligible on products in case of damage / defects / incorrect product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Nyela prêt within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. No exchange will be made for sizing issues. Please review our size guides for any queries.
Pls note that all our products are handcrafted and each piece is unique and may therefore differ in color, texture and polish.
All exchanges, if any, must be returned with vendor packaging, tags and must be returned in the same conditioned as it was delivered in. The product must be unworn.
For any exchange please email Nyelapret@gmail.com, with subject : “PRODUCT CONDITION”.
Please include the following information when emailing:
- Customer first and last name
- Date order placed
- Date order received
- Order number
- Name of product
- Mode of payment
- Delivery Address
- Product images
*Please note: Once we receive the images it will be reviewed by our team. It is up to the brand’s discretion to decide whether the product is eligible for exchange.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you will be receive a exchange voucher which can be used against any other product. No refund will be given.
After Sales Care
Any after sales care due to natural wear and tear of an item will be billed accordingly and evaluated on a case to case basis. All costs of repair including cost of courier to be borne by the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
